while allowing the flexibility of 3 withdrawals per month.

There is a $25 fee if the account is closed within 30 days of

| Deposits & Withdrawals: Preauthorized
transfers, including debit card transactions or similar orders made
to third parties are limited to six per monthly statement period, no
more than three of which may be by check. (for each withdrawal in excess of
6 each month, the account will be charged $3). |
| Interest earned daily on balances over $100 |
In accordance with federal regulations, no more than
six preauthorized automatic or telephone transfers (to a third
person or to another account of the depositor) are allowed per
month. |
